Because our products are food ingredients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or altered. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

Unopened Returns

Unused, unopened products in their original factory-sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returned items must be in their original condition and factory-sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there is a legitimate quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos, when applicable

Our team will review your request promptly and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another fair resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method after your request has been reviewed.
